SnowApart Apartment Regulations



The following Regulations contain the general terms and conditions of use of our Apartment.

In order to avoid misunderstandings and, above all, to ensure a pleasant stay and rest in our Apartment, please read the terms and conditions of using our Apartment.

Confirmation of the reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the Regulations.


Stay:

1. Day of stay is from 15.00 to 10.00 (Check-in ... Check-in: 15.00 -19.00, Check-out ... Check-out: 8.00-10.00)
2. During check-in, the guest should specify the time of stay and, if he has not done so, is obliged to is to settle the payment for the entire period of stay.
3. It is possible to extend the stay of an earlier booking, depending on availability and the lack of occupancy within the indicated period. For this purpose, the Guest should contact the Apartment Owner or Host by 8.00 am on the day on which the prior Reservation ends.
4. The apartment is a maximum of 4 people and does not consent to the stay of more people included in the Booking.
5. Pets are absolutely forbidden in the Apartment. (Breaking the ban may result in a fine or other consequences).
6. The apartment is completely non-smoking. (Breaking the ban is punishable by a fine).
7. It is obligatory to keep the quiet hours from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. in order not to disturb the peace and rest of other guests of Villa Avangarda.
By violating this rule, the Owner or Host may refuse to provide further services and will not be obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
8. In order to cover the damage caused by the staying guests, on the check-in day, a deposit in the amount of PLN 300 per stay will be collected, returned upon check-out.
9. Before checking out, the guest is asked to inspect the apartment and take all his belongings.

Guest:

1. Each time leaving the Apartment, he should check if the door is closed.
2. He is financially responsible for damage, destruction of the equipment and devices of the Apartment, caused by his fault or by visitors.
3. It is forbidden to interfere with the equipment, devices, arrangement and arrangement of furniture and security of the Apartment.
4. There is a total ban on smoking (non-compliance will be charged with the expected fee, non-refundable deposit or / and other consequences)
5. There is also an absolute ban on pets (non-compliance with the ban will be charged, non-refundable deposit or / and other consequences)
6. It is forbidden to organize social events in the Apartamenit. For non-compliance with this prohibition, the Guest will be obliged to pay a fine of PLN 500, and if it is inconvenient for other vacationers, he may also refuse to provide further services and will not be obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
7. In the event of losing the keys to the apartment, the person is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 50.

The Lessor:

1. Is obliged to provide the conditions for the Guest's leisure presented in their offer.
2. Before the arrival of the Guests, the Apartment is prepared, ensuring cleanliness and order as well as changing of towels and bed linen.
3. Is obliged to respond to the reported comments and objections regarding the functioning of the devices in the Apartment.
4. It is not responsible for the loss, leaving of valuables and other items in the Apartment
5. In the event of sudden or unforeseen circumstances, it reserves the right to change the booked Apartment or refund the costs settled upon check-in.



Service:

1. The keys to the apartment are handed over at the place and time of arrival agreed with the host. If the Guest cannot arrive at the pre-determined time, he should immediately inform the Apartment Host.
2. In order to avoid any misunderstandings or a longer waiting time for check-in, the Guest should contact the Host at least one hour before the planned arrival.
3. Returning the keys takes place at the time of check-out, at a time previously agreed with the Apartment Host.
4. The Guest's personal data is used only to process the reservation. They are not transferred or made available to a third party for any other purpose
